This elegant sparkling wine, crafted from approx 60/40 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, boasts a delightful symphony of grapefruit and sherbet notes, intertwined with citrus blossom.
Machine Picked during the cool hours of night, the grapes undergo a meticulous 100% Malolactic process, followed by expert blending and careful aging. The result is a sparkling wine with a playful and fresh character, accented by a refreshing touch of acidity.
