Limoncello Spritz

Ingredients:

2 oz. Vodka

2 oz. Prosecco

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

1 tsp. Honey

Lemon slices and mint for garnish

Directions:

Stir vodka, lemon juice, and honey in a shaker.  Add ice and shake hard.  Strain into highball glass over fresh ice and top with prosecco. Garnish with lemon slices and mint if desired.
