Viscount Academy: Indigenous & Hybrid Wine Varietals - 11am - 1pm

In celebration of the country's Semiquincentennial, our third class in the Viscount Academy curriculum will pay homage to Indigenous & Hybrid Grape Varietals. While Vitis vinifera (European grape varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, etc.) holds a special place in most wine enthusiast's hearts, the history, and impact of other Vitis species, such as labrusca, riparia, and rotundifolia should not be ignored. From saving the European wine industry to creating distinctly American wines, these lesser known Vitis iterations have certainly played an important role in the millennia long tradition of viticulture.

Exclusive Tasting Event: Three Legends of France - 2pm

Three Legends of France is an exclusive wine tasting celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary and the historic friendship between France and the United States. Led by former Wine Director and Owner of Viscount Wines & Liquor Peter Landolt, guests will enjoy three legendary French wines while exploring the stories, history, and craftsmanship behind each bottle. Limited to just 10 guests, this intimate July 4, 2026 event promises an unforgettable afternoon of fine wine and celebration.
