Domaine Paul Buisse Sancerre 2011 Loire, France
Dried white flowers, pear, and (I know this sounds weird) celery salt. This is everything a Sauvignon Blanc should be. Bright and crisp on the palate with a subtle mineral finish and a hint of white pepper. A fantastic white wine for cocktail hour. Great with lighter dishes – salads, raw bar, fish……. etc.
