Q. WHY DO I NEED A VISCOUNT PRICE ADVANTAGE CARD (VPAC)?

A. With a Viscount Price Advantage Card (VPAC) you will receive savings on thousands of items in the store, as well as earning rewards on future purchases.

Q. WILL MY PRIVACY BE PROTECTED?

A. We care about your privacy. We clearly state our privacy guarantee on the back of our VPAC application. We do not share personal information with anyone else.

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY VPAC CARD?

A. You can get your VPAC card on the spot if you complete the short application form and return it to any cashier or an associate at the customer service desk.

Q. HOW DO I USE THE CARD?

A. Have your VPAC card or key tag handy for the cashier to scan at the beginning of the order. If you do not have your card with you, just give your name or phone number. The card also keeps a record of your shopping history that can be reviewed whenver you like. This feature can enhance your shopping experience in two ways: You never have to remember the name of the product you bought during your last visit because we can look it up for you and you also can inquire for your rewards points balance before shopping to see if you can start redeeming your points.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY VPAC CARD?

A. Just tell the cashier your last name or phone number and we can locate your account number for you.
