VISCOUNT IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
Until a recent change in state law, New York State liquor stores could only accept returns or exchanges on defective merchandise. If we refused to allow to return or exchange an unopened item in the past, we were following existing law and apologize for any inconvenience.
Viscount will accept returns on defective merchandise for exchange or store credit as long as the product remains within its expected life span.
Viscount will accept returns on unopened merchandise purchased within 30 days of the date of return for exchange or store credit as long as:
The customer provides proof of purchase of the product at Viscount.
The merchandise remains saleable by having been stored in such a way as to ensure that the product and the packaging have not been damaged in any way.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF MANAGEMENT.
